Terms and conditions for using the AmpliFunnel Media LLC website and SMS program.
1. Terms & conditions of use
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
SMS program & message types
AmpliFunnel Media LLC is a consulting agency. People who opt in to the SMS program may receive appointment confirmations and links, message notifications, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, product information, marketing messages, help requests, offers.
SMS cancellation & rejoining
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
SMS help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency & rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive at least one message per month. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Age restriction (18+)
Users must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the AmpliFunnel Media LLC website (amplifunnel-media.com) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. 9. Consulting engagements
Consulting work uses custom invoicing and project milestones. Scope, deliverables, pricing, payment arrangements, intellectual property rights, milestone approvals, and cancellation provisions are addressed in the written engagement agreement. The website viewing license does not itself transfer ownership of client deliverables.
